Come for a walk and let’s see where your journey takes you.
Coaching in nature invigorates and heightens our senses. It ignites our imagination as the movement of our bodies and the sights and sounds of the natural environment distract our conscious mind. This welcome distraction frees up our unconscious mind to think in a more creative way.

I invite you to unplug, unwind and unpack. Explore your thoughts and the outdoors with scientifically backed research supporting the benefits of coaching in nature.
What I provide.
1-1 Coaching Outdoors
With locations throughout the East Midlands, the Yorkshire coastline, and specially chosen London locations, we'll be holding a coaching conversation in an outdoor environment suitable to your needs. The session itself will usually be 1.5hrs - 2hrs long (depending on the conditions). The session will normally involve relaxed walking with plenty of stops along the way to contemplate and discuss your thoughts.

Bringing Nature to you
There may be times in life, where being outside isn't that easy. Allow me to bring the outside to you by downloading my virtual coaching walks. This series allows self-coaching questions, interventions and exercises to be introduced to you whilst enjoying the videos from the comfort of your own home.
My Story
Like so many, my love of the outdoors began as a child where the freedom of being outside was very much encouraged by my parents - who probably wanted me to burn off some energy and keep ball games out of the house! Outside instantly makes me happier, better connected - not just to nature, but to myself.

I became certified as a Cambridge University coach in 2020 when the whole world went into lockdown. From this point we have seen more time spent in front of our computers having virtual meetings rather than connecting in person. Whilst we all appreciate the efficiency this has brought about, for me there is nothing better than being in beautiful surroundings in the company of others.

I have 16 years management experience, managing mental health and wellbeing services. Throughout my career I have successfully built and developed individuals and teams that have enjoyed performing and achieving within their roles.

Our conversations will be held in a safe, open and honest arena where judgement to whatever you wish to discuss is suspended. I subscribe to a positive psychological approach to coaching, believing that looking at what you enjoy and are good at should be incorporated within your coaching journey.

I hold a certificate in coaching from Cambridge University, I am a Strengthscope and Positive Psychology Accredited Practitioner and am a Member of the Association of Coaching.
